Returns & Exchanges

At Mitzi Lighting, we want you to love your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original packaging and uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage the lighting fixtures in their original boxes, including all mounting hardware and instructions to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
