What is your standard shipping policy?
We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $150 within the contiguous United States. Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy for lighting fixtures?
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are your light fixtures compatible with LED bulbs?
Yes, the majority of Mitzi fixtures are compatible with LED bulbs, provided the base type matches. Using LEDs is a great way to improve energy efficiency and reduce heat output.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Mitzi Lighting does not provide direct installation services. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician to ensure your fixtures are installed safely and according to local building codes.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage, contact our customer support team within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product to initiate a replacement claim.
Are Mitzi fixtures dimmable?
Most of our fixtures are dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a standard wall dimmer switch. Specific dimming capabilities can be found on each product's specification sheet.
